How friends mocked me for marrying 42 year old actress – 32 year old Stan Nze reveals

Recently wedded Nollywood actor, Stan Nze, 32,  has revealed that he was heavily criticized for getting married to his wife and colleague, Blessing Jessica Obasi.

The thespian, who married actress, Blessing Jessica Obasi on Saturday 11 September 2021 in Lagos, in a recent interview with BBC, spoke about his marriage to the actress and career.

According to him, they received many negative comments on social media and people queried him for getting married to a 42-year-old woman.

Speaking further, Stan Nze stated that his wife is his bestfriend and she gives him peace, adding that he is very comfortable around her. He added that he wants to set a record by not fighting with his wife through out their first year of their marriage.

TopNaija recall that the couple wedded on Saturday, September 11 and via different Instagram posts, the new bride has been gushing over her man, who is way younger than she is.

“Somebody’s son has found me” she wrote on one of her posts adding, “Asked heaven for a gift and they sent me you Stan Nze.”

Stan Nze made his acting debut in a 2009 TV series named Private Sector and his first major film role was in a 2013 movie named Murder At Prime Suites where he played the role of a serial killer with bipolar affective disorder.
