In the wake of Ancelotti’s continuity, Liverpool might pursue Bayer Leverkusen manager Xabi Alonso, formerly linked to the Real Madrid job and renowned for his distinguished playing career at Anfield, amassing over 150 appearances for the club.

While Klopp remains under contract at Anfield until 2026, speculations have arisen regarding a potential exit, particularly if Liverpool secures the Premier League title this season, potentially culminating in a departure on a high note for the German coach.
