Housewife arrested for beating husband’s side chick to death in Adamawa

A 58-year-old housewife was arrested in Adamawa State for beating her husband’s side chic to death.

The Adamawa State Police have arrested a middle-aged woman, identified as Hajaratu Sinu for allegedly causing the death of her husband’s mistress.

TopNaija understands that Hajaratu Sinu, being married for 40 years with two children, hails from Wumbirmi Tilli, in Michika Local Government Area of the state.

She was said to have attacked the deceased, who happened to be a widow, with a stick after she caught her in bed with her husband.

The deceased and Hajaratu’s husband have been having an illicit sexual affair, however, on Sunday, July 31, at about 9 pm, Hajaratu caught them in a compromising position when she stormed the widow’s house.

The cheating husband reportedly took to his heels on sighting his wife. She was said to have ran after him and being at the peak of rage, Hajaratu hit the deceased on her head leading to her death.

Hajaratu was among the 38 suspects paraded at the police command in Yola, on Tuesday, August 9.
