Hezbollah's deadly drone strike rocks Israeli Army base

In one of the bloodiest incidents since the war began last October, a Hezbollah drone attack on an Israeli army base has left four soldiers dead and over 60 others injured.

The unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) targeted a base near Binyamina, north of Tel Aviv, late Sunday night, leaving the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) scrambling for answers.

The drone, part of a swarm launched by Hezbollah in retaliation for Israeli airstrikes in Lebanon, penetrated Israel’s air defense systems undetected, causing devastation at a Golani Brigade training camp. The attack, which also severely injured seven soldiers, marks a dangerous escalation in the ongoing conflict, raising questions about the vulnerability of Israel’s air defense technology.

Hezbollah’s bold move comes just weeks after Israel launched a ground operation in southern Lebanon. As both sides exchange heavy fire, the IDF vows to investigate how this deadly drone breach happened. Could Israel’s cutting-edge defense systems be faltering under the pressure of drone warfare?

With tensions at an all-time high, this chilling attack sends shockwaves through the region—leaving many to wonder what’s next in the Hezbollah-Israel conflict.
