“Happy days in the Tinubu camp” –Wike
During an inspection of ongoing rural road projects in Bwari and Abuja Municipal area councils in Abuja on Thursday, Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister Nyesom Wike expressed his enthusiasm for being part of President Bola Tinubu’s administration.
Wike’s remarks came in the wake of his observation of the progress made in rural development initiatives under Tinubu’s ‘Renewed Hope Agenda’, particularly in the area councils and rural regions, beyond the urban centers.
The former governor commended Tinubu for the significant support provided to the FCT Administration in its efforts to deliver critical infrastructure and quality services to residents across the territory.
Wike emphasized the practicality of Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, highlighting its tangible impact on communities.
Nyesom Wike noted the ongoing construction of roads in challenging terrains like Bwari, which has instilled hope and contributed to addressing issues such as insecurity.
Expressing his satisfaction with the administration’s achievements, the F.C.T Minister underscored the importance of ensuring that rural areas are not left behind in developmental efforts.
He stated, “We are happy that everything we have started will be completed soon. This attests to the fact that Tinubu’s Renewed Hope agenda is not just in theory; it’s practical – ‘seeing is believing.”
