Gunmen suspected to be kidnappers have abducted a retired Assistant Comptroller-General of Immigration, Abdulahi Rakieu, and three other persons in the Tungan Maje area of Gwagwalada Area Council of the Federal Capital Territory Abuja on Saturday, February 6.
