The governor of Lagos state, Akinwunmi Ambode has fired Folorunsho Folarin-Coker, Mustapha Akinkunmi and Ekundayo Mobereola – commissioners for tourism, finance and transport respectively.

In a statement on Wednesday, Tunji Bello, secretary to the state government, said the governor had reshuffled his cabinet.

Bello said that the governor directed that the special adviser on transportation, the permanent secretary in the ministry of finance and special adviser on transportation to take over as acting commissioners in the three ministries pending when new appointments would be made.

Ambode thanked the former commissioners for their service to the state and wished them well in their future endeavours.

However, no explanation was given for the reason of the sack.
