Go Back To School—Blaqbonez Tells Rema

Talk about a society where its educational sector has fallen behind times that its citizens no longer see the point to it, Nigerian rapper Blaqbonez takes to Twitter to dig Rema over academic qualifications.

The Nigerian rapper Blaqbonez sparked a major online conversation with his post to Rema; the Back in Uni crooner, calling on Rema to return back to school.

Two weeks after the epic ASUU strike was called off, Blaqbonez sends a message to the Mavin Records singer.

Fast-rising Emeka Akumefule, a Nigerian artist better known by his stage name Blaqbonez, resorted to Twitter to criticize his colleague Rema. Rema, a singer, had earlier in 2022 declared that he will go back to school after being accepted into the University of Lagos to pursue a degree in creative arts.

The well-known and outspoken rapper Blaqbonez urged his coworker Rema to finish her education since it is the key to leading a good life in a tweet.

However, a lot of people have reacted negatively to Blaqbonez’s call, with some pointing out that Rema is already significantly wealthier than a lot of his university instructors.

Fair play to Rema, the musician has basically everything any Nigerian graduate in modern climes would hope to achieve with their academic qualifications, even without the artist furthering his academic background.

So definitely, the joke falls on Blaqbonez, if the message was intended as a jab on his colleague.
