Ghanaian Rapper, Sarkodie Challenges Davido To Jollof Cooking Contest

Nigerians and Ghanaians always seem to be at war–especially when it comes to which country’s Jollof is the best.

Even though Ghanaians know Naija Jollof is what they serve in heaven.

And it seems another Jollof war is brewing as Ghanaian rapper, Sarkodie has challenged Nigerian singer, Davido to a Jollof cooking battle. Sarkodie took to Twitter to throw down the gauntlet.

Davido better not embarrass this country.

The argument sprung out after South African rapper, Cassper Nyovest asked for the opinion of his fans in the Jollof wars.

Casper’s Twitter post read:
“Don’t know if I love Ghanaian or Nigerian Jollof rice more…. What’s your Preference?

Sarkodie then reacted in a tweet that read:
“No need for this bro just put me and @iam_Davido in the kitchen.” to which Davido responded immediately: “Looooool na we get the sauce oo.”

Admitting to have had the best jollof in his life in Davido’s house,Cassper tweeted:

“Hahaha.. Had some lit Jollof at Davido ‘s house actually. Called him the next day like WHA??? . @iam_Davido.”

Refusing defeat, Ghaaian rapper, Sarkodie tweeted:
“Forget bro … you had no choice … You need options … hit me up I can even make you the best jollof cook Via voice note ”
