Future Comes At Russell Wilson For ‘Not Being A Man’ In Relationship With Ciara

‘Low Life’ rapper, Future has revealrd that he doesn’t approve of the way his ex-fiancee, Ciara gets to be the one in control of her marriage with the athlete.

Future doesn’t seem to hold back his thoughts and opinions when it comes to ex-fiancee Ciara and Russell Wilson’s marriage life. Making an appearance on Beats 1 radio to promote his new album, “The WIZRD”, the Atlanta rapper revealed that he didn’t necessary approve the way of the songstress dominates her marriage with the athlete.

Talking to host Big Bank Black, Future explained how he believed that Russell wasn’t “being a man” for doing “exactly what she tell him to do.” The “Fine China” rapper also believed the Seattle Seahawks quarterback was too easygoing when it came to Ciara’s past relationships, comparing it to the time when they were still dating.

“You not tellin’ her, ‘Bro, chill out with that on the internet. Don’t even talk to him. I’m your husband! You better not even bring Future’s name up!’ ” he said during the interview. “If that was me, she couldn’t even bring his name up. She’d know that. She couldn’t even bring her exes’ names up. Don’t give that s**t no energy. It’s about me. I’m taking care of everything.”

Reps for Ciara and Russell did not immediately respond to request for comment.

Ciara and Future started dating after working together in 2012, before getting engaged in October 2013. The then-couple welcomed their son, Future Zahir Wilburn in May 2014. Later in August, the pair called off their engagement amidst rumors that the “Mask Off” spitter cheated on her. The “Level Up” singer then began dating Russell in early 2015 and tied the knot in July 2016, four months after getting engaged. They welcomed their first child together, a daughter named Sienna, in April 2017.

Ciara recently opened up about her desire to take their marriage to new heights when talking to PEOPLE. “Russ and I always like to have the conversations and reflect on our years in general, whether it’s what we’ve done individually, but also together and how we can keep on leveling up our love,” she said.
