For almost 60 years, African Alliance Insurance has been providing life insurance packages for people across Nigeria and Africa.

The company has now unveiled its new corporate identity, championed by Funmi Omo, the first female CEO of the organisation (yay! International Women’s Month!).

Omo joined African Alliance about 28 years ago, and has become the first CEO to champion the unveiling of a new corporate identity.

Since its launch in 1960, the life insurance company has grown in size and strength. As it unveiled a new logo, website and corporate identity, yesterday, the company also committed to ensuring excellent customer service and making it easy for customers to access convenient life insurance product for every stage of their lives. It also will focus on developing strong technology-enabled platforms and digital channels for active engagement.

“Our purpose is to provide a secure future for every Nigerian. With this launch, we are well on our way to achieving this,” Funmi Omo said.

The unveiling took place at the George Hotel, Lagos on March 8, 2019. Representatives from various sectors were in attendance. On the same vein, the company also launched its campaign #AAOnCheck on social media.
