Full Detail Of Tinubu’s Meeting With Benin Republic’s President

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu today received President Patrice Talon of Benin Republic in Aso villa, Abuja. 

During the meeting between the two leaders, Tinubu stressed the importance of cooperation between Nigeria and Benin Republic for economic prosperity in West Africa.

Also, President Tinubu emphasized the need for common economic principles and priorities to enhance mutual development.

He acknowledged the lack of synergy between the two nations and expressed support for private sector interests to facilitate prosperity. President Talon sought stronger trade ties with Nigeria, emphasizing free movement of people and goods, and discussed plans for an inter-ministerial technical committee to advance cooperation across sectors
