Fugitive With Heavy Tattoos Arrested

Eric Judkins was serving a 17 sentence forrobberry, but had an additional 27,months for sentence for assaulting a feelow inmate.
Seems 42 year old heavily tattooed Judkins with tattoos covering his shaved head, face, neck, chest, arm and hands had enough of the prison and decided to free himself.

Authorities say he was arrested in Pennsylvania, three days after he failed to return to a halfway house.He was found at a residence in Howard, Pennsylvania, on Thursday night. He was arrested without incident, as was another man wanted on a probation violation.
