Four Killed In Ukrainian War
Four civilians have been killed in shelling by Ukrainian forces in the Russian city of Bryansk.
The governor of the Bryansk region had given the report and expressed his condolences to the families of the victims.
This marks a dangerous escalation in the conflict, which has already claimed the lives of thousands of people on both sides.
It is not yet clear what provoked the shelling, but tensions between Ukraine and Russia have been running high since the annexation of Crimea in 2014.
The international community has condemned the violence and called for an immediate end to the conflict.
The United Nations has urged both sides to show restraint and engage in dialogue to find a peaceful resolution to the crisis.
