“Finally!” – Catholic priest gives opinion on viral Adeboye’s apology on tithing

Reverend Father Ehioma Emmanuel, best known as Fada Mentor has commented on the recent video of RCCG General Overseer, Pst Enoch Adeboye, on tithe teachings.

TopNaija understands that Daddy G.O as he is fondly called, had, in a video gone viral, admitted that his previous stance on tithing being a requirement for entering heaven was in fact incorrect and was never in root in the Bible.

The Man of God, however, gathered reactions online after he clarified that while tithing was important, it was never a condition for salvation. He went on further to state that the 10% should be considered for beginners, while those strong in christ can go higher than thaat if they wish.

Reacting to this development, Father Ehioma Emmanuel took to Facebook to share his thoughts.

According to the Catholic priest, he seemed optimistic about the impact of Adeboye’s apology.

He wrote: “Pastor E.A. Adeboye apologizes on his teaching on Tithe. Me: Wow! Finally We are making progress.”
