Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, leader of the All Progressives Congress will soon return to Nigeria from London, one of his latest visitors, the council boss of Isolo, Adebayo Olasoju said.

Olasoju assured that the former governor of Lagos is in sound health, adding that he will be back any moment from now.

“Our leader is hale and hearty and we can expect him back in the country soon”, he said.

Olasoju and Fuji legend, Wasiu Ayinde Marshal also known as K1 visited Tinubu together.

Tinubu, holds both the chieftaincies of the Asiwaju of Lagos and the Jagaban of Borgu kingdom in Niger State, Nigeria, has been in the United Kingdom since July recuperating from a knee surgery.

The leader of the ruling party had received a stream of visitors beginning from President Muhammadu Buhari, APC governors, senators  and other prominent political leaders.

In 2019, Tinubu supported President Buhari’s re-election campaign defeating the PDP candidate Atiku Abubakar.

In 2020, following an internal party crisis which led to the removal of Tinubu ally and party chairman Adams Oshiomole, it is believed the move was to scuttle Tinubu’s presidential prospects ahead of 2023.
