El-Rufai declares Free Education for Girls in Kaduna Public Secondary Schools

The Kaduna State government has taken a giant move to promote girl child education, TOPNAIJA.NG can confirm.

On Saturday, the state governor, Nasir El–Rufai shared via Twitter that the state’s free Basic Education Policy has taken a new twist with the declaration of free education for all female students in public secondary schools.

He shared: “The Kaduna State Government has declared free education for all female students in Public Secondary Schools in Kaduna state. This is aimed at getting rid of the hindrances to girl-child education. The free Basic Education Policy in the state for every child remains.”
