Ehiemere sacked by court, Ukaegbu declared APGA chairman, Abia

The Court of Appeal, Owerri Judicial Division, has declared Prince Nnanna Ukaegbu, as the authentic chairman of the party in the state.

The party has also been restricted from making any decisions concerning the affairs of the party in the state without Prince Ukaegbu’s consent or approval.

Despite the APGA‘s appeal, Justice Rita Nosakhare Pemu, upheld the judgment of the state High court, declaring Prince Ukaegbu the party’s authentic chairman.
