Ed Sheeran is set to visit Nigeria, reveals plan to Fireboy
Following the success of “Peru” remix by Fireboy DML featuring English singer Ed Sheeran, Ed Sheeran has made plans to visit Nigeria.
Ed Sheeran reveals plans to visit Nigeria during an Instagram live chat with Fireboy and two others present. He said he is free this year, and so he plans to come to Nigeria.
The remix of the song has hit the top spot on the UK Apple Music charts, and it has been predicted that “Peru” could reach No.1 on UK Official charts. If it happens, it will be the first Afrobeat record to achieve this milestone.
Peru remix was released in December 2021 and has over 20 million views on YouTube. It debuted on US Rhythmic Radio Chart, and entered the UK Top 10, giving Fireboy his first ever UK Top 10.
