How Early Exposure To Books Helped Me Achieve Success – Bovi
One of Africa’s top comedians and movie producer, Bovi has revealed that one of the things that have helped him attain success in the entertainment industry is his voracious reading habit.
He said this last Saturday while sharing his story at the annual Success Stories Africa event organized by TopNaija.ng. While adding that people should take time to discover themselves and not follow the band wagon, he encouraged the audience to be bold at whatever they do. He said “be bold. Nobody likes timidity.
That people laugh at you doesn’t make them better than you. Boldness is a step forward. Everything you desire is on the other side of fear.”
In addition to the ace comedian, the highly impactful Success Stories Africa conference also had in attendance Dayo Adeneye, Commissioner for Information & Strategy in Ogun State; Toyin Aimakhu, a Nigerian Actress; John Obidi, founder of SmartBCamp; Olakunle Soriyan, CEO of Olakunle Soriyan Company; Evans Akano of Cregital; Shola Okubote of woman.ng; Kemi Filani of kemifilani’s blog at the 2017 edition.
According to the convener and founder of TopNaija.ng, Isaac Oladipupo, Success Story Africa is aimed at increasing the number of empowered young Africans above the weaklings leveraging the success stories of those who have gone ahead to achieve despite all odds.
“Success can be replicated”, he says.
