Dr Philip Okwuada slumps after losing PDP Reps primaries in Delta [VIDEO]

A Nigerian House of Representative aspirant in the forthcoming 2023 general election, Dr. Philip Okwuada, slumped after he failed to secure his party’s primaries ticket, TopNaija reports.
Okwuada, from Ika Federal constituency, North-West of Delta State, was contesting under the Peoples Democratic Party.
Okwuada was beaten in the primary election by Victor Nwokolo, who had 75 votes. Meanwhile, Okwuada only managed 7 votes.
His opponent, Hon. Victor Nwokolo, won the party’s ticket and Philip slumped immediately after he heard the news.
In pursuit of his desire to run in the 2023 House of Representatives election, Chief Dr. Philip Okwuada, on March 2, resigned his appointment as Senior Special Assistant (Livestock Development) to the Governor of Delta State, Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa.

However, efforts made by TopNaija.ng to know Okwuada’s current health status were not successful.
Okwuada’s support group on Facebook named Dr Philip Okwuada Support Group says, “This group is to beckon on the well-meaning sons and daughters of IKA to show support and solidarity to man of enviable character, a man of excellence in transparency, a man of the people for the people. A man you can count on for proper representation.”
