Donald Trump rushed offstage after gunshots at rally (VIDEO)

Former President Donald Trump was rushed offstage by the Secret Service during a rally in Pennsylvania after gunshots were heard from the audience.

Trump ducked and was quickly escorted to his motorcade by armed security personnel, with blood streaming from his right ear and cheek.

Before being taken away in a car, Trump pumped his fist in the air. His current location remains unknown.

A Trump spokesman has not yet responded to requests for comment. When asked if he had received a briefing on the situation with former President Trump, President Joe Biden, currently in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, replied, “No.” The White House spokesman also did not respond to requests for comment.

This incident comes just days before the Republican National Convention, where Donald Trump is expected to formally accept his party’s presidential candidacy.
