On Sunday evening, London-based Nigerian Disk Jockey, Florence Otedola, popularly known as DJ Cuppy surprised Nigerian singer, Omoniyi ‘Zlatan’ Raphael at his London concert.

DJ Cuppy revealed this on her verified Twitter page, sharing a video where she showed up at the O2 Arena and surprised Zlatan by joining him on stage.

Before going on the stage, DJ Cuppy said, “I’m about to go on stage and surprise Zlatan. He doesn’t know.”

Upon instantly sighting the billionaire daughter, Zlatan couldn’t help but run towards her and they both hugged it out as members of the audience went wild with excitement.

Zlatan also called on his fans to show some love to Cuppy but the DJ was quick to cut him short and set the record straight.

Cuppy asked if they are beefing each other and he pointed out that all is now well between them. Zlatan added that the billionaire daughter isn’t owing him any money. This was followed by the two performing their hit song, Gelato, to the delight of their fans.

This is coming months after the duo got into a feud which resulted to them blocking each other on social media platforms.

On January 7, DJ Cuppy tweeted that Zlatan had blocked her on every social media platform for over 10 months for unknown reasons despite featuring on her hit 2019 hit ‘Gelato’.

She tweeted, “10 months later and I sometimes still wonder why Zlatan Ibile blocked me on WhatsApp and Instagram without ever saying why; we were actually friends and “Gelato” was a hit!”

Zlatan ignored her tweets and then denied knowing DJ Cuppy during a recent interview on SoundCity.

Therefore, this recent surprise by DJ Cuppy has suggested that the duo has squashed their beef.
