Davido lashes out after being mocked he can’t afford Drake’s N1 Billion chain

Afrobeats singer, David Adeleke popularly known as Davido has reacted to people mocking him that he can’t afford to buy Drake’s chain worth over N1 Billion ($3Million) chain.

TopNaija reports that Drake’s new Homer chain cost $3million of which Nigerian Singer, Davido took to his Instagram Stories to say that he was “drunk” the day he said he wanted the same chain.

This, however, didn’t go down well with most Instagram users, as they mocked him for his statement, as there is no way he could afford such ice.

In response to the mockery, Davido said he can buy it but he just thinks it would be a “dumb investment,” adding that though he is not as rich as Drake, he knows where to get such an amount from.

“See ppl here in the comments section so happy that or think I can’t buy this… I actually can but it would just be a dumb investment… I deffpersonally don’t have Drake money but I KNOW WHERE TO GET FROM! MA FO!!!” He wrote.
