Cristiano Ronaldo’s son may have hinted at Father’s next club

All eyes are on Cristiano Ronaldo’s move ever since he tabled a transfer request to current club Manchester United.

Ever since then, he has been linked with just a number of clubs ranging from sensational return to former clubs, Real Madrid, Sporting Lisbon or moves to rivals of former clubs such as Barcelona, Atletico Madrid and Chelsea, or a move to another league in Bayern Munich.

With all those links, the clubs and their representatives have vehemently denied the idea of signing the player in their ranks.

But if meaning is to be read into anything associated to the player, including moves by family members or relatives, then his son, Mateo’s choice of clothing may just be the clue staring the world in the face.

The Portuguese star’s son was pictured going to a Rosalia concert at the WiZink Centre in Madrid with Ronaldo’s long term partner, Georgina Rodriguez.

The footage which was gotten by a TikTok user @Morong10 sparked an eye roll as Mateo Ronaldo was seen in a Real Madrid kit.

Of course, that meant nothing basically as it is just a clothing but then there are bound to be questions concerning the choice of that clothing at a specific time when a move is being talked about.

The decision to even kit the boy to an open concert in Madrid sparks a lot of eye roll.

Real Madrid can be considered as the club Cristiano Ronaldo had quite the spectacular career in, playing 436 games and scoring 446 goals overall while winning 4 Champions League titles and 2 La Liga titles.

Hence, it will remain a club that will always be so close to his heart or his children’s, and based on Cristiano Ronaldo’s statement:

“Madrid is a city that marked me a lot, not only on football but also on a personal level,

“It was the club that left an impression on me. I spent nine years with Real Madrid and have a special affection for the club.

“I miss both of them, but Madrid is where I spent the most time; my children and my girl were reared here. I miss Madrid more than I miss Manchester,” he added.
