China Prohibits Children From Churches

The Chinese Government now prohibits children from attending religious activities in the country, in a bid to control the effects of religion, particularly christianity and Islam among the populace in order to focus more on science.

Xi Jinping, the President said that young people must study science, believe in science, and develop a ‘correct’ worldview and set of values while speaking on religion last year.
