American rapper Belcalis Almanzar, popularly known as Cardi B, has revealed that she is expecting her first child with rapper Offset.

The announcement was made a day after her debut album ‘Invasion of Privacy’ attained gold status less than 24 hours after release.

The rapper performed ‘Be Careful’ on comedy show, Saturday Night Live, and the camera revealed a visible baby bump.

Backstage, she said “I’m finally free” while making her way through a crowd of well-wishers.

After her performance, Offset tweeted a photo of the couple and wrote: “Cardi and I look forward to our next chapter together.”

The success of ‘Invasion of Privacy’ which was put out on Friday makes the 25-year-old the first female artiste to bag a certified gold album immediately after its release.

An album project is certified gold after a half a million sales or equivalent units.

Cardi B’s first single ‘Bodak Yellow’ has gone five times platinum since its debut in June 2017.

Cardi B looked roomy and comfortable for her performance in a nightclub in Miami Friday night.

Rocking a platinum blonde hair, the 25-year-old star wore a loose-fitting, billowy and ruffled pink and red metallic dress, paired with Christian Louboutin heels, at the E11EVEN Miami club, hours after releasing her record Invasion of Privacy.
