“Burna Boy Is My Brother, But He Listens To The Wrong Crowd” – Shatta Wale

Controversial singer Shatta Wale has spoken, claiming relation with Afrobeat singer Burna Boy; however, the latter is ill-informed about certain things.
During an interview on Class ShowBiz, the Ghanaian singer stated that he has plans to move forward with his friendship with the grammy award winner after ending their rift.
Shatta was asked whether he would play his song, Hossana, which includes Burna Boy, at the next Afrochella, and he answered that, for the time being, everyone would remain in their lane.
He said that the African Giant began beefing with him because he listened to a bunch of individuals who quit his squad and began bad-mouthing him.
Shatta Wale maintained that Burna Boy would always be his brother and that he could only be supportive.
He also addressed the issue of his new song sounding similar to Burna Boyβs Last Last, using a family analogy about how siblings have similarities which is why their songs sound alike.

Similarly, despite his apparent failure to fill Accra Sports Stadium, Shatta also praised Nigerian Afrobeats musician Wizkid.
He addressed Big Wiz, who did not attend the performance because of security worries, as revealed by the Joro crooner.
Shatta Wale said that whatever transpired was not Wizkid’s fault, attributing the stadium’s inability to sell out to the will of God.
He mentioned this during an interview to promote his impending Freedom Wave event with rapper, Medikal.
Speaking further, Shatta Wale said that regardless of what transpired, the Nigerian Grammy-winning performer is a household name throughout the globe.
He said;Β βKudos to Wizkid. He is a household name in world music. Whatever happened was for God to decideβ
