Police finds abandoned car

A Mercedes Benz SUV have been found by the men of the Rapid Response Squad under Otedola Bridge in Lagos.

The police announced on a Twitter post that the patrol team had recovered the car at 10pm on Monday.

They added that the engine of the car was running and the passenger door was open when they had found the car with the absence of the owner.

The registration number of the Mercedes Benz 4matic GL 450 SUV is KUJ 384 LY.

According to the statement posted the RRS Commander, Olayinka Egbeyemi, has ensured  that investigations would begin immediately. He added  that any information about the owner of the car should be directed to the RRS headquarters, Alausa immediately.
