BREAKING: Biden bends, endorses Kamala Harris

United States President, Joe Biden has officially dropped out from the 2024 Presidential race as he resigns his re-election bid to endorse Vice President Kamala Harris.

The decision follows mounting pressure from his camp, pleading on the president to step down, with rumors alleging that former President, Barrack Obama was also part of the inner circles requesting his resignation from the 2024 presidential election.

The 81-year-old Joe Biden ever since campaign began for the 2024 polls, had been caught up in a battle with former U.S president, Donald Trump who also held interest in his re-election for another term after losing out in the 2020 run-in versus Biden.

The president decision to step down now, takes the world by the storm considering Biden’s insistence on remaining in the race despite public shouts from Democrats.

It was only recently that reports had alleged an excessive spending for his re-election bid, one that is stated to have exceeded that of his Republican rival, Donald Trump.

The reports also go on to claim that members of his party had lost faith in his mental acuity, with some questioning his ability to beat Trump in a potential run-in.

On his decision to drop out from the race, the President states it “is in the best interest of my party and the country”, echoing the shouts of his party members ahead of the polls that is roughly 4-months away.

Joe Biden is expected to see out his term as United States President as he selects his Vice, Kamala Harris as his nominee to potentially take on Donald Trump in the November polls.
