BBC Radio 1: DJ Cuppy will join BBC 1Xtra to host Breakfast Show
BBC Radio 1 has confirmed that DJ Cuppy will join 1Xtra to host the station’s brand-new Weekend Breakfast Show on Sunday (7am – 11am) from Sunday 9 January 2022.
BBC radio 1 made a statement on their website which reads, “Cuppy is a world renowned Nigerian DJ and producer who has performed at some of the biggest international festivals and events and has also most recently appeared in the docu-ality series Highlife. Her first show will be on Sunday 9 January 2022.”
BBC radio 1 also tweeted DJ Cuppy’s upcoming participation on their official twitter handle.
