Bayern Munich’s second bid for Mane considered ‘insulting’
Mane’s move to Bayern Munich may continually be dragged out for ages if the Bundesliga club continues to act cheap in negotiations.
According to sports journalists, David Maddock and The Times’ Paul Joyce, Bayern Munich are reported to have tabled another offer to Liverpool for its star forward, Sadio Mane.
And from their statements, the bid doesn’t sound good and even falls short of any negotiation the Merseyside club may consider.
The Reds are said to be ‘angered’ by the Germans’ ‘low-ball’ bid as they are reported to have proposed a deal worth £30m.
Bayern are stated to have included add-ons that were dependent on if the Senegalese wins the Ballon d’Or three times and should Bayern claim the Champions League title.
Liverpool informed the German club that they considered the offer laughable and ‘insulting’ with Liverpool insistent on a £42.5m fee.
The Munich sporting director, Salihamidzic had intended visiting Anfield for the negotiations but Liverpool informed him no talks would be possible if they continued making disrespectful bids.
