Basketmouth’s Wife, elsiecries out over high cost of foodstuffs in the country

Elsie Okpocha, wife of popular comedian and skit-maker Basketmouth has expressed her pain over the high cost of foodstuffs in the country.

It is of no news to in the increment of foodstuffs and groceries in markets all over the country, but Elsie Okpocha took it upon herself to call the government for intervention.

The mother-of-three took to her Instagram page on Monday to lament and question the Federal Government on the regular price increment of foodstuffs and groceries.

According to her surviving in Nigeria was getting unfair, as citizens have to deal with the constant food price increment.

Pleading to the government, the businesswoman asked that life should be made livable in Nigeria.

In her words,

“Our dear government, do you want us all to leave this country for you? It’s unfair how we have to constantly deal with the regular price increment of foodstuffs and groceries. Africa. Please, you people should help us and make life in Nigeria livable.”
