ATBU convocates 8,496, pleads for release of Needs Assessment Funds

 

 

 

The Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi, has convocated about 8,496 graduands in various disciplines, TOPNAIJA.NG can confirm.

The Vice Chancellor, Professor Saminu Abdulrahaman Ibrahim made the observation at the 23th, 24th & 25th convocation ceremony of the University on Saturday.

He said the graduands cut across all the disciplines run by the University.

Ibrahim charged the graduands to be good ambassadors of the University.

“We wish you good luck in all aspects of life as ATBU graduands are always exceptional with unparalleled talent and good character”, the VC noted.

He appealed for the release of final tranche of funds for the completion of ongoing projects in the University.

Ibrahim thanked the strides of federal government through TETFUND for improved infrastructure via the Presidential Needs Assessment Intervention Funds

The Vice Chancellor also thanked Bauchi state government for the construction of 3km road along Ningi road which links the University main campus at Gubi.
