Aston Villa vs. Liverpool: Confirmed Lineup

With nothing left to fight for this season, Liverpool venture into their penultimate game of the season and under Jurgen Klopp’s era at the famous Villa Park to take on Unai Emery’s Aston Villa side.

Sitting comfortably in 3rd spot, the Reds face no pressure aside the thirst of seeing out the 2023/24 campaign and Klopp’s last, in high spirits while they look forward to the next era. However, for the Villans, Aston Villa face their own chase down below Liverpool as Tottenham Hotspur battle their way to take over 4th spot from them.

Hence, while the Reds might go into the tie with little to no pressure, Unai Emery’s team will be the ones facing the pressure to nick vital points from Liverpool bearing in mind the possibility that Ange Postecoglou’s side might beat them to the top 4 if Spurs beat Manchester City.
