The Arewa Youth Consultative Movement and the Ohanaeze Ndigbo Youth Movement, on Thursday, commended the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), for reappointing Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, as Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission.
