Are Chelsea about to give up on Mykhailo Mudryk? The Rumors

West-London premier leagu club, Chelsea have had quite the busy summer this season, with a lot of ins and out from the Blues squad like it was in last season’s winter transfer window with the likes of Mykhailo Mudryk earning a transfer to West-London as opposed to North London club, Arsenal.

Six months later, the transfer hasn’t quite gone the way both sides will favor it to go, with the Ukrainian enduring some tough spells in the Chelsea side last season and this season following the Blues’ slow start to the season.

Chelsea are reported to be holding interest in Arsenal’s midfielder, Emile Smith Rowe who too has had quite the struggle at the Emirates and has been rumored for an exit.

Though Mikel Arteta claims to still hold plans for the Gunners’ academy graduate, London rivals, Chelsea are reported by Daily Mail to be weighing a potential summer move in the England international, with manager, Mauricio Pochettino keen to bring in another attacking player before the Friday deadline.

The Daily Mail also claim that the West London side are also weighing up moves for Barcelona duos, Ferran Torres and Raphinha who had quite a bit of history last summer with Chelsea in a transfer saga versus Barcelona and Arsenal.

Another name also included in Chelsea’s radar is Sporting Lisbon’s Marcus Edwards.

However in Emile Smith Rowe’s case, it is reported by Daily Mail that Chelsea are willing to include some of its players to the package to tempt the Gunners into letting go of the 23-year-old.

This has led to speculations that Mykhailo Mudryk who arrived at Stamford Bridge approximately 6 months ago may be included in the package to bring in Emile Smith Rowe.

Some Gunners’ supporters may not be keen on this move seeing the transfer saga that also plagued Mykhailo Mudryk last winter transfer that ultimately saw the Ukrainian favor a move to Chelsea despite Arsenal coming into the negotiations first.

If the Blues are willing to include Mykhailo Mudryk as a sweetener to land Emile Smith Rowe, it speaks volumes over Chelsea owner, Todd Boehly’s business last winter transfer and Mudryk’s Chelsea career in general.
