Another popular Nollywood Actor dies

Popular Nollywood Actor and filmmaker, Edgard Leroy has reportedly died in an auto crash.

 

The horrible incident happened on his way to Ibadan, Oyo State for a movie shoot on Saturday, June 11, 2022.

 

According to his friend, David Akande, the accident occurred at Shagamu, on the tail of the Lagos-Ibadan expressway.

 

Leroy won the Best Indigenous Movie (Yoruba) award for his first feature film, Alaise, on May 14, 2022, at the AMVCAs.

 

Full name, Edgard Le Roy Nouke Ngedemon, a fast-rising actor was born on July 13, 1995, in Cameroon.

 

He would be remembered as the first Cameroonian and filmmaker to win the AMVCAs.
