Another Chelsea key player set to depart
It’s been a frustrating one for the Chelsea fandom as more outgoings get reported everyday than the incomings.
The Stamford Bridge side have lost Antonio Rudiger, Romelu Lukaku, Andreas Christensen with the future of Caesar Azpilicueta and Marcos Alonso still up in the air.
Although, the side are set to complete the signing of Manchester City man, Raheem Sterling, the squad is still set to get even thinner with Moroccan man, Hakim Ziyech on his way out of the club.
As per the reports, the Chelsea winger is willing and set to join AC Milan this coming season if plans by the London side are finalized.
The Blues have reportedly being linked with Leeds United player, Raphinha along with rival clubs like Arsenal and Barcelona, with a number of hurdles set to take the move off their grasp.
With AC Milan very likely to take Ziyech off the hold of Chelsea, the London side will be seeing some squad adjustments ahead of the coming season, which could very well affect their season.
According to a tweet by Italian sports journalist, Fabrizio Romano:
“AC Milan and Chelsea will be in direct contact again for Hakim Ziyech deal. Negotiations started two weeks ago and are still ongoing to agree on the final formula.
“Tuchel, open to let Ziyech go – while player’d be happy to join Milan this summer. Work in progress.”
