Nollywood star, Annie Macaulay-Idibia has set a new record for herself amidst her marital crisis.

Topnaija reports that Annie has now gained over one million Instagram followers barely 24 hours after she dragged her husband to filth for being involved with his baby mama of three, Pero Adeniyi.

She accused his family of not loving and caring about her since their marriage.

When Annie made the allegation on Thursday, she had over 6 million followers.

But latest checks by Topnaija showed that she currently has over 7 millions followers.

The spike in followers has been the norm after a celebrity is in the midst of controversy as fans and gossip pages follow in droves to listen to the unfiltered gists.

Meanwhile Annie has added her husband’s surname back to her name on Instagram.

The movie star’s latest action came hours after she reverted to her maiden name, Macaulay following her clash with hubby, Tuface Idibia.
