An Arabian league for Neymar Jr. as he joins Al Hilal
Former Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain star, Neymar Jr. has officially joined Saudi Pro League club, Al Hilal.
This follows a huge bid made 2 days prior to the Brazilian in a move that takes the player out from the French Ligue 1.
According to reports by transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, the documents have already been approved by both parties involved in the transfer. Neymar is subject to a medical today as he travels to Saudi Arabia this week to sign a 2-year contract with Al Hilal.
Paris Saint-Germain are set to receive less than €100m fee for the transfer of the player.
Neymar Jr. is speculated to be given the number 10 jersey upon his arrival at the Saudi Arabian club.
Prior to the transfer negotiations with Al-Hilal, Neymar had fancied a return to Barcelona and had initially pushed for a move back to Spain. However, the La Liga club’s current situation left the dream without a resolution for the Brazilian.
