ABOUT
Ali Isa Jubrin is a popular Kano based Hausa musician, song writer, movie producer and director known for his many jingles in Hausa movies.

EARLY LIFE
Ali jita was born in July 15,1983 in Kano into the family of Alhaji Sallau Jibrin Kibiya, which occupation is a butcher and his mother Hajiya Ummul-Khairi in Gyadi area of Kumbotso, Local government of Kano state, Nigeria.  He was raised in the Shagaro quarters of Gyadi, Gyadi Kano before his father moved his family from Kano to Lagos and then to Abuja due to his business purposes.

EDUCATION
Ali Jita had his primary education at ArmyDay in Lagos and Abuja respectively. He late  did his national Diploma program in Public Administration at the School of Management Studies Kano and Another Diploma in Computer at intersystem ICT School, Kano.

CAREER
Ali Jita started singing at the age of 16 while he was attending an Islamic school in Lagos. He began his music career with a debut album titled

Ali Jita songs and albums have often been used as theme songs in Kannywood movies. Though he have sold some of the albums aswell.

In 2018, Ali Jita released a hit track titled ‘Love’. He performed the songs in shows and events and it won the highest number of songs of the year, with the song coming in second place, according to BBC Hausa.

Ali Jita uses Ingausa style to write and sing and his songs have dominated the northern part of Nigeria.

In 2019, he featured popular Kannywood actress, Rahama sadau and Hadiza Gabon in his music videos ‘Arewa angel’ and ‘Love’ respectively.

He was made the Pioneer Head of Capital Market group in 1993. In 1998, he was the pioneer Managing Director/Chief Executive of AIL Securities Limited.

In 2011, He contested for the Governorship Ticket of the People’s Democratic Party, he lost to Idris Wada.[5][6] In 2015, he contested to the aspirant in the People’s Democratic Party primaries and lost to the Incumbent Idris Wada.[7]

In the 2019 general election, He was elected as the senator representing Kogi East after a supplementary election.[8][9][10] He polled 134,189 votes while Ali Atai Aidoko, the candidate of the PDP polled 74,201 votes.
