Agile Business Consortium to release AgilePM3 – the future of Agile Project Management
Are you a project professional feeling overwhelmed by complex tasks, unproductive meetings, and endless bureaucracy?
The Agile Business Consortium has an exciting solution for you. Introducing AgilePM3, the latest evolution in agile project management designed to help you deliver real value.
What’s New in AgilePM3?
Focus on Real Value: AgilePM3 shifts the focus from just delivering products to creating measurable business value. By integrating Scrum, the most widely used agile approach, with agile project management, AgilePM3 ensures every project meets its goals and benefits the organisation, its customers, and stakeholders.
Enhanced Guidance: Whether managing one team or multiple, AgilePM3 provides improved guidance to make collaboration smooth and productive. It leverages team creativity to build valuable solutions efficiently.
Multi-Team Coordination: Handle large projects with ease using new multi-team planning and coordination events. AgilePM3 focuses on agile leadership to empower teams and project participants to perform their best.
Practical Learning: Engage in interactive simulations in the practitioner course that bridge the gap between theory and real-world application. These hands-on experiences make learning engaging and effective.
Career Advancement: Stand out in your career by enhancing your resume and social media profiles with digital credentials from the professional body for business agility.
