AFRIMMA Awards 2021: Wizkid took home three awards

AFRIMMA Awards – All Africa Music Awards 2021 was held last night and Wizkid won three awards at the show.

Wizkid’s song ‘Essence’ feat Tems, took home “Best Collaboration” and “Best Song of the Year”. Wizkid also took home the “AFRIMA Artiste of the Year’’.

Legendury Beatz, the producer of ‘Essence’ , and the producer that produces most of Wizkid’s songs took home the award for “Best Producer of the Year”.

Best Female Artist Central Africa – Shan L

Best Female Artist in East Africa – Nikita Kering

Male Artist Central Africa – Fally Ipupa

Best Male Southern Africa – Blaq Diamond

Best Male Artiste Western Africa – Iba One
