Nigerian have taken to X formerly called Twitter to lash Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister, Nyesom Wike for rudely talking to Nigerians, TopNaija News reports.
This online Nigerian News platform reports that a video surfaced online indicating moment Wike rudely addressed some residents in Abuja over land matters and even wanted to beat an estate developer.
Reacting to the video, Social activist and skit maker Debo Adebayo, widely known as Mr. Macaroni and other X users criticized Wike, Nigerian politicians for their apparent lack of regard for the citizens.
Mr. Macaroni’s tweet reads thus; Dear @GovWike, you are a PUBLIC SERVANT! Next time you want to address the citizens who pay your salary, do so with utmost humility and respect. Never go about asking Nigerians if they are stupid… you are not doing anyone a favor by being Minister!!! “Is it because I came down to talk to you” lol… You must think you are talking to your slaves.
