Abiola family feud: Abdul criticizes brother for failure

Abdul Abiola, the son of the late Moshood Kashimawo Olawale Abiola, also known as MKO Abiola, has publicly criticized his elder brother Kola for failing to sustain their father’s legacy and unite the family.

Abdul believes that Kola’s inability to manage their family’s empire and maintain the values and principles that their father stood for has disqualified him from leading Nigeria.

According to Abdul, Kola’s poor leadership skills and personal scandals, including his relationship with Babangida’s daughter while their father was still in jail, have further eroded his credibility.

Abdul expressed disappointment and frustration with his brother’s performance, saying that he is unhappy with Kola’s lack of commitment to democratic values and his inability to inspire confidence in the people.

Abdul also lamented that Kola’s inability to manage their family’s empire and legacy has led to a rift within the family, with many members feeling divided and uncertain about the future. He believes that this lack of unity and cohesion is a reflection of Kola’s inability to lead effectively and make decisions that benefit the family as a whole.

Abdul further criticized Kola for contesting the presidency on the platform of the Peoples Redemption Party (PRP) in 2023, despite his lack of capacity to manage their family’s affairs.

He questioned how Kola thought he could manage Nigeria when he couldn’t even manage their family’s business and legacy.
