Habit is something that you acquire as a behavior and you follow through this until the behavior becomes a part of your system. Good habits are difficult to form at first, but it will become involuntary once you become very accustomed to it. Habit forming activities can make you successful in the long run. This will also increase your productivity, efficiency and sense of value because you are contributing greatly to some cause, work, or even a relationship.

 

  • Read something new at least once a month. The art of reading is lost to many because of daily preoccupation. Don’t spend all day interacting and browsing through social media.   • Learn something new in your life. Acquiring a skill is not reserved for the young. You can always learn a new skill and share these with other people. This is also connected with our first point, share what you have read and you would have multiplied the number of people who would increase their knowledge too.   • Read and seek out influential people. You need not go to a seminar or a workshop to be influenced. The internet is full of influential people. This is far better than immersing your time with the lives of people who feed you with invaluable contents on various platforms.

 

 

  • Keeping healthy is one of the habits to make you smarter. That is because what we eat will affect the functioning of our brains. This is also true with the amount of exercise we get. Healthy people have more self-confidence.

 

  • Be organized. Smart people make use of their time well, and what better way that you can do this by organizing your work and your life.
