8 Coventry University Under/Postgraduate Scholarships for Nigerian Students 2017

The Coventry University UK is offering Undergraduate and Postgraduate Scholarships for eight Fee-paying Nigerian students applying for full-time courses in 2017.

Eligible Field of Study: Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses offered at the university

About Scholarship: New for the year 2017 are 4 awards of £2000 for both incoming Undergraduate and Postgraduate (eight in total) towards tuition fees available for the best and brightest undergraduate and postgraduate students from Nigeria.

Eligibility

The Nigeria High Achievers Scholarship is available to all Nigerian students applying for full-time undergraduate or postgraduate programmes who have submitted an application for study before 30th July 2016.

Undergraduate: The Scholarships are allocated to applicants on the basis of their academic merit. Allocation will be decided on assessment of the following;

• Academic qualifications (WAEC-SSCE Grade A in three or more subjects including Maths) for undergraduate
• Academic qualifications (at least a 1st class degree or equivalent qualifications) for postgraduate
• Understanding of the course and motivation to study at Coventry
• Extra-curricular or work experience

This award is for international fee payers only.

Postgraduate: The Scholarships are allocated to applicants on the basis of their academic merit. Allocation will be decided on assessment of the following;

• Academic qualifications (at least a 1st class degree or equivalent qualifications)
• Understanding of the course and motivation to study at Coventry
• Extra-curricular or work experience

Number of Scholarships: four (4) undergraduate and four (4) postgraduate scholarships are available

Value of Scholarship: £2000 towards tuition fees for undergraduate or postgraduate

How to Apply: The great thing about this award is that no separate application is required to be considered for a High Achievers Scholarship. All applications for study at Coventry from self-funded international students that are received prior to the 22nd July 2016 deadline will be considered. If you are successful you will be notified in due course by the International Office.
