Many people are guilty of this. Immediately their income increases, they quickly raise their spending habits. Living above your means will never allow you to be a millionaire. Most billionaires in the world still live like ordinary people. To change this habit, Stop competing with anyone, you may even have to stop watching your friends on Facebook flaunting their possessions, avoid anything or anyone that tries to make you live a fake life. Live simple and you will start accumulating wealth.

  1. ALWAYS GOING FOR GET RICH QUICK SCHEMES:

Most people don’t realize that money follows your habit. Get rich quick schemes are everywhere, and are usually scams. To change this, Make at least 1 year plan and let nothing sway your focus. If something sounds too good to be true, it usually isn’t. Forget schemes that promise you millions in 2 weeks! , Be realistic and aim for at least 1 year of solid work.

A rolling stone gathers no moss. Many people never put in enough effort in their venture, before giving up and running to the next plan. To change this, realize that you need at least 12 months of honest effort, before you can label your venture a failure.

You want to be rich, yet you always hang out with people even poorer than yourself. Don’t you know that your worth in material and character is the average worth of your friends? Birds of the same feathers flock together. To change this, always update your friends list. Avoid the pessimist, the naysayers, and the parasites. Seek out people who are like-minded, passionate, ambitious and driven. And if you have a few millionaire friends, your journey will be shorter.

  1. GOING IT ALONE:

Trying to do everything alone will slow you down. To change this, focus on what you are best at, and learn to delegate or outsource the rest.

  1. POOR WEALTH EDUCATION:

You spent over 10 years in school learning algebra, chemistry, economics and so on, but you have never spent even a year learning how to create wealth or even mastering your current business. To change this, realize that wealth creation like any other subject is something you need to learn. Spend quality time mastering every aspect of your current business.
