Vitiligo is an auto-immune disease which causes white spots to appear on the face and parts of the body. This skin condition can be triggered by stress. When it occurs, stress can also make it worse.

4. Stasis dermatitis
This disorder is marked by the darkening or discolouration of the skin on your legs and ankles. It is caused by swelling which blocks the flow of blood to the skin. It can be a symptom of diabetes and it’s effects on your circulatory system. Diabetes can also cause slow wound healing, itching, and diabetic dermopathy.
